Humble Beginnings
Please let us take a step back from the business word salad. The founder, Steve, bought his first house when he was 22 years old. He was fortunate enough to buy his second a few years later.
He found that by renting his first home to a family with a small child who could not otherwise get a mortgage was a worthwhile cause. And so his interest in real estate – ownership and renting was born.
